1. 接受协议

当您下载、访问或使用問易时，即表示您同意本用户协议和我们的隐私政策。如果您不同意，请停止使用本服务。

2. 服务说明

問易提供《易经》文本阅读、白话说明、多家注解、提问记录、反思日志、复盘提醒、设备端 AI 解读、系统课程、学习徽章、分享卡与加密同步等功能。我们会持续改进服务，因此具体功能可能随版本变化。

您可以不登录使用問易。登录后，记录可通过端到端加密在您的设备之间同步。您有责任保护自己的设备、Apple 账户和登录凭证。您可在 App 内导出数据，也可彻底删除本机与云端数据。数据处理细节请阅读我们的隐私政策。

5. 订阅与付款

問易可以免费使用，初级课程也可免费学习。Yi Plus 可解锁中高级读《易》课程、学习徽章、完整加密同步、高级分享卡与报告折扣；Yi Master 包含 Plus 权益，并增加年度典藏报告、Master 专栏、服务优先权、Patron 身份、Beta access 与典藏视觉包。订阅由 Apple 处理付款、续订、取消和退款。您可以在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。除非 Apple 或适用法律另有规定，已付款项通常不可退还。

6. 可接受的使用方式

请勿滥用服务，包括但不限于：攻击、干扰或绕过安全机制；批量抓取、反向工程或复制服务；上传违法、侵权、骚扰或恶意内容；冒充他人；或以违反适用法律的方式使用問易。

7. 知识产权

問易 App、界面设计、标识、原创文字、软件代码和服务内容由我们或相关权利人拥有。您保留自己在問易中写下的问题、笔记和反思内容的权利。您使用問易不代表获得复制、分发或改编問易软件和品牌内容的许可。

8. 服务变更与终止

我们可能会维护、更新、暂停或调整部分功能。若您严重违反本协议，我们可以限制或终止您的服务访问。您也可以随时停止使用問易，并在 App 内删除数据。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，問易按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不保证服务永远不中断、完全无误，或一定满足您的特定期待。因使用或无法使用問易产生的间接损失，我们不承担责任；我们对您的责任以您在产生争议前 12 个月内为問易实际支付的金额为上限。

10. 协议变更

我们可能会更新本协议。重大变更会更新页面顶部日期，并在适当情况下通过 App 或网站提示。继续使用問易即表示您接受更新后的协议。

Terms of Use

Thank you for using Yi (問易). Yi is an I Ching study and private reflection tool. It helps you read classical text, record questions, organize thoughts, and review them later. It does not tell you what will happen, and it does not make decisions for you.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Yi, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The service

Yi provides I Ching text reading, plain-language explanations, multi-school commentary, question records, reflection journals, review reminders, on-device AI interpretation, structured courses, study badges, share cards, and encrypted sync. Features may change as we improve the app.

4. Your account and data

You can use Yi without signing in. If you sign in, your records can sync between your devices with end-to-end encryption. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple account, and login credentials. You can export your data or delete both local and cloud data from within the app. For details, please read our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Yi is free to use. Yi Plus may unlock structured I Ching courses, study badges, full encrypted sync, advanced share cards, and report discounts. Yi Master includes Plus benefits and adds collector reports, Master notes, service priority, Patron status, beta access, and collector visual packs. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise, paid fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the service, including: attacking, disrupting, or bypassing security; scraping, reverse engineering, or copying the service at scale; submitting unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content; impersonating others; or using Yi in violation of applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Yi app, interface design, marks, original text, software code, and service content are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. You keep the rights to the questions, notes, and reflections you write in Yi. Using Yi does not grant you a license to copy, distribute, or modify Yi software or brand content.

8. Changes and termination

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change parts of the service. If you seriously violate these terms, we may restrict or terminate your access. You may also stop using Yi at any time and delete your data in the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Yi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use Yi. Our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for Yi in the 12 months before the dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, be announced in the app or on the website. Continued use of Yi means you accept the updated terms.
